In November 2020, Keshia Minor’s life changed when she was diagnosed with Stage I Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. With unwavering faith and determination, she courageously faced several rounds of chemotherapy, breast surgery, and radiation. In April 2021, Keshia was joyfully declared cancer free. Her journey, though challenging, became the foundation for something greater—her mission to support and uplift others walking a similar path.
From her personal battle, Keshia founded the Go Pink Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping breast cancer warriors through the most difficult times of treatment. Guided by the belief in the power of love and compassion, Go Pink provides practical support such as meals and housecleaning services, ensuring warriors can focus on healing while feeling cared for.
Beyond the foundation, Keshia serves her community as a mentor, advocate, and inspirational speaker. She focuses particularly on breast cancer awareness within the African American community, addressing disparities, fostering understanding, and encouraging early detection. For many warriors, she is more than a mentor—she is a prayer partner, a comforting presence, and a trusted voice who helps them navigate the complexities of diagnosis and treatment.
Through her faith, resilience, and dedication, Keshia Minor has transformed her own fight with breast cancer into a source of light and hope for others. Her life’s work continues to inspire, reminding warriors and communities alike that even in the toughest times, love and support can bring healing and strength.

"BEING DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER CHANGED MY LIFE IN SO MANY WAYS. WITH THIS DIAGNOSIS CAME MY PURPOSE. I HAVE ALWAYS ENJOYED WORKING WITH PEOPLE BUT MY DIAGNOSIS MADE IT CLEAR WHAT GOD HAD FOR ME. WORKING WITH OTHER WARRIORS HAD BEEN FULFILLING AND REWARDING. HAVING SOMEONE THAT HAS BEEN WHERE YOU ARE IS CRUCIAL IN THE FIGHT. MY WARRIORS KNOW THEY CAN REACH OUT TO ME AT ANYTIME AND / WILL BE THERE. THEY MOTIVATE ME AS MUCH AS I PRAY THAT I MOTIVATE THEM. THIS IS A MINISTRY TO ME. IT STARTED AS FEEDING AND CLEANING HOUSING FOR WARRIORS BUT HAS GROWN INTO SO MUCH MORE. THIS IS A SISTERHOOD. A BOND FOR LIFE."
